Zweig Group is proud to announce that Kyle Ahern has been promoted to Employee Experience and Data Strategist.

In his new role, Ahern will work closely with the firm’s research team to coordinate the vast amounts of data Zweig Group collects each year. Through this coordination, Zweig Group is better able to understand the trends of every aspect of management throughout the AEC industry.
Ahern also advises individual firms on their internal employee experience. This includes taking firms through the employee experience survey process, analyzing results, creating custom tools, charts, and graphs to better understand the data, putting together high-level assessments, and meeting with clients to review the assessment and formulate strategies to improve their employee experience.

Previously, Ahern was Zweig Group’s Awards Manager and he has also worked as an adviser for Zweig Group’s Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Executive Search advisory service areas. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas.
