  • RESPEC (Rapid City, SD), a consulting company that specializes in mining, energy, water, environment, and technology, announced the acquisition of PDC Engineers (Fairbanks, AK). The combined entities will operate from 25 offices in 14 states and two Canadian provinces and employ more than 450 technical professionals, continuing to do business as a 100% ESOP company.   • Universal Engineering Services (Orlando, FL) has initiated their westward expansion via their acquisition of Nova Geotechnical & Inspection Services (Las Vegas, NV).   • Anser Advisory (Orlando, FL), a firm specializing in capital program funding, program management, project management, and construction management has announced the acquisition of H.R.   • Project Management Advisors (Chicago, IL) has expanded their national reach with their acquisition of American Realty Project Management (Austin, TX).
