  • Montrose Environmental Group (Irvine, CA) has acquired CTEH (Little Rock, AR), a scientific consulting firm that specializes in emergency preparedness, response and recovery. Montrose partnered with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management to finance the acquisition. Link to Details
  • BCC Engineering (Miami, FL), Lakes Engineering (Miami, FL), and New Millennium Engineering (Miami, FL), are merging their companies to expand their Florida operations into new territories and continue offering cutting-edge transportation, civil, and construction engineering & inspection services to their established base of clients. BCC has acquired Lakes and NME and the merged business will progressively transition into the BCC brand. BCC is also partnered with private equity firm, Trivest. Link to Details
