FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (June 1, 2015) – Zweig Group is excited to announce that Chris Catton has re-joined the firm to manage executive search consulting projects as well as help grow the executive search division. Catton, who first worked for Zweig Group as an executive search consultant throughout the 90’s, was an owner in the firm. Most recently, Catton ran her own consulting operation providing executive search services to A/E/P firms, working on both a national and international level. Chris is skilled at managing full life-cycle executive search projects including sourcing and research, candidate development, client management and salary negotiations.

Chris has written articles for the Zweig Letter, contributed to various Zweig Group publications and has given seminars on strategic recruitment programs and staff retention for A/E/P and Environmental consulting firms.
