Randy Wilburn recently had a chance to speak with Anthony Fasano, PE, author, speaker, and host of The Civil Engineer Podcast and The Engineering Career Coach Podcast. Their wide-ranging discussion covered everything from the millennial mindset to the importance of taking your family to Disney World. Anthony spoke about the power of developing management and leadership skills in young design professionals and why it's necessary for firms to create as many learning opportunities as possible. They also discussed his podcasting experiences and the opportunity he had to record one of his shows on Mt. Rushmore. Finally, they talked about the children's book he co-authored with his daughter to raise money for cancer research.
