FAYETTEVILLE, AR (November 6, 2015) – Zweig Group, which publishes more than a dozen comprehensive surveys about the A/E/P and environmental consulting industries each year, is proud to announce the launch of its first Recruitment and Retention Survey.
“Here at Zweig Group, we’re constantly analyzing our data, looking for new ways to provide firms with the information they need,” says Christina Zweig, Director of Research and Marketing for the company. “We noticed many of our clients expressed a need for more data about recruitment and retention. While we do cover those subjects to some extent in other studies, we realized a survey dedicated to recruitment and retention would provide firms with a better grasp of an important and complex concern in the industry.”
Finding the right candidate for each job is crucial to a firm’s success, but recruitment is often difficult, time-consuming, and costly. For the past ten years, firms in Zweig Group’s Policies, Procedures and Benefits Survey have cited “lack of qualified candidates” as the top hiring problem. According to the most recent of those surveys, firms spent a median of $3,000 per new hire last year.
Zweig Group’s new Recruitment and Retention Survey aims to help firms navigate the process by exploring topics like recruitment outlets, hiring needs, important considerations in hiring, turnover rates, and other important issues.
