Resourceful and forever curious, Shirley is a data-oriented creative with a passion for connecting communities to resources. She joined Zweig Group as Marketing Manager in 2021.
Shirley holds a BS in Clinical Laboratory Science from University of Texas at Austin, and a BA in Journalism from University of Texas at Arlington. Shirley spent the first 11+ years of her career in the laboratory and clinical research industry, until her inquisitive and outgoing nature ultimately took over and led her down a brand new path into the AEC world. Immediately prior to joining the Zweig Group, Shirley was fully immersed in the industry as the Associate Director of Member Experience at AIA Dallas, building and nurturing lasting and meaningful relationships. Her laboratory background gives her the innate tendency to be analytical; while her journalistic instincts help tell the captivating stories of her clients.
Outside of work, Shirley enjoys paddling, being outside in the Texas heat, and listening to investigative journalistic podcasts.
