Jen’s career has been spent in the startup world, spanning over 16+ years. She was formerly vice president of operations at Namida Lab, Inc., a product-stage biotechnology company specializing in developing and commercializing early cancer detection proteomics tests, where she led the corporate operational activities and designed, executed, and managed Namida’s initiatives to ensure all business functions were in line with the strategic goals, including spearheading the Direct-to-Consumer product launch of Auria, the first at-home biological breast cancer screening test via tears. Prior to Namida, she worked for NOWDiagnostics Inc., a leader in innovative diagnostics testing. Her experience includes sales in point-of-care medical devices, business operations, investor relations, and working closely with all departments along with entrepreneurs and business and technology experts to organize operations and procedures.
