Before joining Zweig Group, Ezequiel worked as a Tax Intern, where he helped businesses secure $1.6 million in federal assistance through PPP loans and $325,000 in state funding via the Business Interruption Grant. He also co-led efforts to design financial aid packages for small business clients.
Ezequiel serves as an Advisory Board Member at Signature Bank of Arkansas, focusing on initiatives to support and enrich the Hispanic community in Northwest Arkansas. A 2021 participant in the KPMG Frank Ross Leadership Institute, he gained valuable experience in organizational culture, leadership development, and corporate strategy.
He holds a B.S. in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business.
