South Carolina-based O’Neal, Inc. acquires DME Alliance, Inc. of Allentown

In a nod toward the ongoing growth and dynamism of the biopharmaceutical market, South Carolina-based O’Neal Inc. moved into the Northeast corridor by acquiring a firm that specializes in facilities for highly-regulated industries like biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and chemical processes. With the acquisition of DME Alliance, Inc., based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, O’Neal, an integrated design and construction firm based in Greenville and with an office in Atlanta, moves into the heart of the global BioPharm business.
