LandDev Consulting acquires CivilE to form rising Austin metro firm

Zweig Group continues to increase its footprint in the AEC market for mergers and acquisitions in the booming state of Texas. A full-service consulting firm based in Fayetteville, AR., Zweig Group represented the selling firm in the deal between LandDev Consulting, LLC, which recently acquired CivilE, LLC, to form a two-office, 50-person firm with nine licensed engineers in the Austin metro area. LandDev-CivilE represents the second closed Texas transaction for Zweig Group in less than a year. In November, Zweig Group represented the buying firm in Austin-based BIG RED DOG Engineering and Consulting’s acquisition of MSP Engineering Group, PLLC, of Sugar Land.
