Zweig Group, a global leader in products and services for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, is excited to announce promotions and the addition of key personnel to its team.
Anna Finley, who joined Zweig Group in 2017, is being promoted to of Director of Operations. In her new role, Finley will oversee business processes, vendor management, and information delivery to both internal and external stakeholders. With a focus on enhancing the employee and client experience, Finley's responsibilities encompass all aspects of operations.
“It’s rewarding to facilitate the improvements and refinements for our own firm that we spend so much time helping facilitate in our client’s organizations,” said Chad Clinehens, President and CEO of Zweig Group. “Being able to drive growth and navigate change are keys to success and I’m thrilled to be able to promote from within and to attract from the outside.”
Jeremy Clarke, an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in recruiting, is returning to Zweig Group as Director of Executive Search and Recruiting Consulting. Clarke served in a similar role for the firm until 2013 when he founded Emissary Recruiting Solutions, a veteran-owned and operated AEC-specific candidate delivery firm. He brings more than 25 years of experience in recruiting, and has worked with globally recognized companies like Walmart, Nestle, Rockwell Aerospace, and Korn Ferry. He has focused exclusively on AEC firms for the past 13 years.
"Jeremy's return to Zweig Group is exciting as we expand this and other areas of our business," said Clinehens. "Despite the challenging labor market in AEC, Jeremy has achieved incredible success in recruiting for AEC firms. Our growing partnership with Emissary will be enhanced by this expansion and will allow us to do more together through this creative arrangement.”
Clarke will maintain his position as CEO of Emissary through the transition, and will join Zweig Group to spearhead the growth of the recruiting division and manage the partnership between the two firms. He will be taking over the role from Chad Coldiron, who will transition to a new corporate role in business development.
“I’m thrilled to be returning to Zweig Group with the ability to leverage the resources we’ve built at Emissary over the past 10 years to better serve Zweig Group’s clients,” said Jeremy Clarke. “I see this new dual role as a win-win for both organizations as we combine capabilities and talents to help with the recruiting and retention challenges in the industry.”
Chad Coldiron, who is a principal at Zweig Group and joined the firm in 2017, will assume the position of Director of Development. Coldiron's primary focus will be on business development and sponsor and partnership opportunities. His strategic execution and identification of initiatives will bolster Zweig Group's market position and drive long-term growth.
