Other recent Zweig Group deals include Eppstein Uhen Architects’ acquisition of Burkettdesign, when Zweig Group represented the buyer; and Wold Architects and Engineers’ acquisition of Ruck Pate Architecture, also when Zweig Group represented the buyer. Lochrane, a transportation and civil engineering company with about $6.5 million in annual revenue and 48 full-time employees, was founded in 1979 by brothers Bob and Tom Lochrane. The NV5 acquisition was made entirely in cash with the exception of restricted stock granted to key employees, according to an announcement from NV5. Two of Lochrane’s most important clients include the Florida Department of Transportation, and Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. NV5 Global, Inc., based in Hollywood, Florida, is a publicly traded provider of professional and technical engineering and consulting solutions. The firm had total Q1 revenues of $65.1 million. Zweig Group’s M&A team includes consultants Phil Keil, Brenden Sherrer, and Jordan Barrett. For more information, please contact Kiser at jkiser@zweiggroup.com, or at 479 435 6521.
