Zweig Group is excited to announce the addition of Sara Karstetter, MBA in the role of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor, and Storm Bureau, in the role of Client Services Coordinator, to the ZG team!
Sara brings 20 years of real-world experience as both a business owner and an AEC professional. Sara has successfully worked with a variety of clients, ranging from individuals to Fortune 1000 companies, giving her a wealth of experience to draw from in her capacity as an Advisor with us. As well as years of direct AEC experience as a client representative to AHJs, Project Manager, Program Manager, and Projects and Design Director, she was a business owner who went through the M&A process herself. Sara holds a Bachelor of Interior Architecture and Design from the University of Arkansas, a Core Business Accreditation from Harvard Business School Online, and a Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Her “lifelong learner” mentality serves as fuel for her professional career as well as her love of a challenge and her insane curiosity - all of which are qualities that serve extremely well in the Mergers and Acquisitions field. Storm is the client services coordinator for Zweig Group. Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, Storm moved to Arkansas after her semi-pro basketball season in 2019 to plant roots in a community she started to grow to love after attending Northeastern State University. Majoring in Communication and minoring in Media Studies, Storm has always had a passion for meeting new people and finding ways to make them feel comfortable enough to express their feelings. Prior to joining Zweig Group, she was a financial representative for Northwestern Mutual. After much thought and consideration, she wanted to find a place where she can create stability and also have the flexibility to visit home whenever possible.
