November 3 – Interstate Engineering (Jamestown, ND), a civil engineering, surveying, and planning firm, acquired TerraSite Design (Rapid City, SD), a civil engineering, landscape architecture, and planning firm. November 3 – Aecon Group (Toronto, Canada), through its subsidiary Aecon Utilities (Toronto, Canada), entered into a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire KPC (Ajax, Canada), a group of companies providing high-voltage testing, commissioning, and energy metering solutions. November 4 – CBRE (Dallas, TX), a global commercial real estate services and investment firm, acquired Pearce Services (Paso Robles, CA), a provider of advanced technical services for digital and power infrastructure. November 12 – Celnor Group (London, UK) completed its second deal of the week by merging with Primary Water Solutions (Woodford, UK), a firm specializing in water and air hygiene and the management of waterborne pathogen risks.
