  • WGI (West Palm Beach, FL) strengthened it's civil engineering, transportation planning, land planning, landscape architecture, structural engineering service lines with the acquisition of Team Better Block (Dallas, TX).   • J.S. Held (Jericho, NY), a global, multi-disciplinary consulting firm, acquired Twenty First Century Engineering (Vero Beach, FL), a prominent consulting firm specializing in professional engineering, forensics, environmental services, and construction and disaster support. Link to Details

  • Integrated environmental, engineering and technical services firm, SK Group (Helsby, UK), announced the acquisition of Ground Heat Installations (Wigan, UK), one of the UK’s largest providers of ground source heat pumps. Link to Details
  • Trinity Consultants (Dallas, TX), a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (Beverly Hills, CA), acquired Vision Environment Australia (Queensland, Australia).
