  • Dillon Consulting (Toronto, Canada) acquired F.C. O’Neill, Scriven & Associates (Halifax, Canada), a Nova Scotia based consulting engineering and design firm that specializes in mechanical & electrical building sciences and fire protection engineering. Link to Details
  • Sweco (Stockholm, Sweden) has signed an agreement to acquire the Danish architecture firm, KANT Arkitekter (Copenhagem, Denmark), solidifying their position in the public-sector learning and housing segments, particularly in the eastern part of Denmark. Link to Details
  • Ottowas' largest commercial interior design firm, LWG Architectural Interiors (Ottawa, Canada), has acquired longtime competitor, Design Associates (Ottawa, Canada). Link to Details
  • Distillery architectural firm, Joseph & Joseph (Louisville, KY), acquired architecture, interiors, and planning firm Bravura Corporation (Louisville, KY). Link to details
  • RHA Architects (Dallas, TX) joined BRR Architecture (Merriam, KS). The partnership creates a twelfth office location for BRR and adds more than 15 employees to the BRR staff. Link to details
  • Day & Zimmermann (D&Z) (Philadelphia, PA), a provider of construction, engineering, maintenance, staffing, and defense solutions for leading corporations and governments around the world, has announced the acquisition of Minnotte Contracting Corporation (Pittsburgh, PA), a union mechanical contractor and construction company.
