Forensic engineering specialist Rimkus Consulting Group (Houston, TX) acquired an engineering and consulting firm, IRC Building Sciences Group (IRC) (Mississauga, Canada). IRC is focused on the assessment, design, remediation, and quality observation of roofing, building envelope, structural, and pavement systems. Offshore energy and marine consultancy, AqualisBraemar (London, UK) announced its intent to acquire marine and engineering consulting firm, LOC Group (London, UK). The acquisition will allow AqualisBraemar to expand into the rapidly growing offshore renewable industry.
