Multidiscipline engineering firm Thompson Engineering (Mobile, AL) acquired Burk-Kleinpeter’s Alabama operations (Tuscaloosa, AL). Burk-Kleinpeter is a multidiscipline engineering and planning firm based in New Orleans, LA. Link to Details.



Strengthening its code consulting and accessibility services in the U.S. Pacific Northwest, global leader in engineering, consulting, and technology Jensen Hughes (Baltimore, MD) acquired award-winning building code consulting and fire protection engineering company Code Unlimited (Beaverton, OR). Link to Details.



Pennoni (Philadelphia, PA), a multidisciplinary consulting engineering company, purchased certain assets of Smith Engineering (Chantilly, VA), a land development and civil engineering firm that serves private sector clients primarily in the residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, recreational, and mixed-use development markets. Link to Details.



To strengthen its Assessment, Permitting & Response (AP&R) segment, Montrose Environmental Group (North Little Rock, AR), a leading environmental services company, acquired environmental consulting services firm TriAD Environmental Consultants (Nashville, TN). Link to Details.



Aligned with its strategic vision of expanding its impact beyond Texas, architecture, engineering, and planning services company Huckabee (Fort Worth, TX) announced a partnership with TSK Architects (Henderson, NV), an architecture firm that serves educational and public sector clients in the U.S. Southwest region. Link to Details.



CDR Maguire (Miami, FL), an engineering consulting services, emergency management solutions, and disaster health and medical services company, acquired engineering, environmental, survey, and construction inspection services firm McTish, Kunkel and Associates (Allentown, PA).
