Zweig Group is delighted to announce the promotion of Katelynn Santiago to the position of Senior Design Manager. In this role, Katelynn will spearhead the company's design team, oversee the management of marketing and creative requests, and provide valuable support to the Advisory team on various initiatives.
Katelynn joined ZG in January 2018 as a Layout intern and quickly demonstrated her exceptional talent and dedication. Her contributions to the organization have been invaluable, as she played a pivotal role in developing efficient design processes that have greatly benefited the industry over the past five years. Particularly noteworthy is Katelynn's instrumental work in establishing a streamlined process for report publications, resulting in consistent and valuable outputs year after year.
Recently, Katelynn completed her Master of Fine Arts in Design Management from the prestigious Savannah College of Art and Design, further enhancing her expertise in the field. Her facilitation skills have been witnessed firsthand during her design thinking workshops, impressing colleagues and clients alike.
Additionally, Katelynn will extend her support to the Advisory team by assisting with workshop facilitation and offering guidance in innovation discovery advisory services.
