On the heels of a highly successful inaugural ElevateHER™ Symposium, Zweig Group has opened applications for the 2023 Cohort and announced February 15, 2023 in Dallas, TX as the date and location of the 2023 Symposium.
ElevateHER ensures underrepresented demographics find success in the AEC industry by serving as an advisor and a hub of information and resources. The ElevateHER™ cohort is a special task force comprised of individuals with a commitment to promote diversity as a means to combat recruiting and retention challenges in the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
The previous three cohorts worked in specific project teams, each concentrating on a particular challenge or focus area in order to provide an end product or strategy that can make a measurable impact on the AEC industry. The 2023 cohort will focus on continuing these projects as well as some new ideas and initiatives.
"Through ElevateHER, so many diverse individuals have come together to support one another and create inspiring projects and programs. We’re starting to see the effects of these projects spread throughout AEC firms and the industry at large," said Jamie Claire Kiser, managing principal and founder of ElevateHER. "
