  • EN Engineering (Warrenville, IL), a leading utility services firm, and private equity firm Kohlberg & Company (Mount Kisco, NY) announced that they have signed a definitive agreement whereby Kohlberg will acquire a majority stake in EN Engineering from General Atlantic (Greenwich, CT).   • Environmental services firm Montrose Environmental Group (Irvine, CA) acquired Air, Water and Soil Laboratories (Richmond, VA), a full-service environmental laboratory. Link to details
