FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE June 2, 2017 Apple Blossom Brewing to Release Collaboration Beer with Mark Zweig FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (June 2, 2017) -Apple Blossom Brewing Company has collaborated with Zweig Group founder & chairman, Mark Zweig, on the release of an all new beer, Zweig American Ale. Zweig American Ale was inspired by Zweig’s belief in hard work and entrepreneurship. In addition to his role as founder and chairman of Zweig Group, the leading research, publishing, and consulting resource for architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firms, Zweig is also CEO of the Fayetteville-based restoration and redevelopment company, Mark Zweig Inc., and an executive in residence at the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. Both Zweig Group and Mark Zweig Inc. have been listed to the Inc 500/5000 list. The ale is described as crisp and bright, golden-colored and with a distinct malt profile of freshly toasted bread, with a subtle hint of caramel sweetness hiding in the background. An assertive, medium hop bitterness complements the malts and highlights the American-grown Ekuanot hops, with flavor and aroma notes of freshly cut lime and papaya, and soft floral & citrus notes of Cascade hops. With 6.0% ABV and 23 IBUs, this effervescent ale is light in body and quite quaffable. It will be available at Apple Blossom Brewing Company as a seasonal spring and summer ale. Zweig American Ale will debut at a release party on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at two o’clock p.m. at the brewery’s location at 1550 E. Zion, Fayetteville, Ark.
