The data for this report is being collected from a nationwide online survey of AEC industry firms that have used an internal formula for valuation have been merged or acquired, or that have been appraised by an independent valuation consultant. These firms supply Zweig Group with information on their type of business, and relevant financial information, then Zweig Group calculates six different value ratios for each firm. These ratios are compared by firm size, type, region, reason for valuation, and more.
