Benchmarking isn’t just for overachievers—it’s for any AEC firm that wants to make smarter, faster, and more profitable decisions. Join Zweig Group as we unpack insights from our Mid-Year Compensation Update and Financial Performance report, and show you how to actually use that data (spoiler: it’s not just for shelf decoration). From comparing your firm to peers to forecasting the future, we’ll even show you how real firms are putting benchmarking tools like Zweig Insights to work.
Learning objectives:
- Understand where compensation stands midyear—has the talent war cooled off or is the pressure still on?
- Learn to connect the dots between payroll and profit—how smart firms manage rising labor costs without tanking margins.
- Discover how to use compensation and financial benchmarks to build budgets that hold up and billing rates that can compete.
- Discover how firms are leveraging tools like Zweig Insights for compensation benchmarking—and learn to recognize when it’s time to consider an in-depth compensation study.
