A board of directors can be a powerful tool for focusing a firm’s goals and strategic plan.  Oftentimes, it is the outward face of a company, so it has to function effectively.

Learn the best practices in corporate governance from the AEC industry’s leaders in management consulting. The program is led by Zweig Group experts with extensive practical experience working with and for A/E boards of directors. Whether your firm already has a board or you’re considering creating one, this program is for you.

The Board of Directors Roundtable is the first of its kind. Presented by the AEC industry’s leading experts on corporate governance, this is an essential tool to help your firm understand how to structure and operate its board of directors.
