Achieving project success requires project managers that can truly lead the team in that effort.

The need for leadership skills among AEC project managers has never been more critical. As project complexity and speed continue to grow, so does the need for simple frameworks that help project managers produce consistent results for their firms and their clients. The ideal project process is uncomplicated, clear, and repeatable, while bringing laser-like focus to those elements that have the greatest influence on how you and your clients define success. 

This course will help take the guesswork out of leading a project team. It will equip project leaders with practical, science-backed skills so they can empower their teams, optimize their project process, and surpass project goals. 

This course is structured into four 1.5-hour modules:

Module 1: May 9, 2023  - Setting the Project up for Success with Project Discovery

Module 2: May 16, 2023 - Developing a Goal-Directed, Logic-Based Workplan

Module 3: May 23, 2023  - Monitoring Progress with the Project Scorecard

Module 4: May 30, 2023  - Problem Solving
