    Meet Our Founder

“We have come a long way since our founding in 1988 in the back apartment of my two-family house in Natick. We’ve done it all—have been a fastest-growing firm in the nation three times—sold externally—bought it back—and then made a successful internal transition.  Today we have a new generation of leaders who share a passion of elevating the industry to new heights never seen before.”
