  • Tetra Tech (Pasadena, CA) acquired eGlobalTech (Arlington, VA), an IT solutions, cybersecurity, and management consulting firm serving the federal government.  Link to details.
  • IPS-Integrated Project Services (Blue Bell, PA) agreed to acquire a majority interest in The Cardinal Group (Woburn, MA), a construction management firm serving the life sciences and healthcare markets. IPS is a subsidiary of Alleghany Capital (New York, NY). Link to details.
